Orders & Production
How long does it take to process my order?
Every Aevoryth product is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. This ensures each piece is crafted fresh — never sitting in a warehouse.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted. Please double-check your size, design, and shipping address before completing checkout.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
After production, standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Express shipping (2–5 business days) is available at checkout. International shipping times vary by destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Aevoryth works with multiple specialized print partners to ensure the highest quality for each product type. If you ordered items from different product categories (for example, a poster and a mug), they may ship from different facilities and arrive on different days. This is completely normal — your full order is on its way.
Damage & Replacements
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing changes. We strongly encourage reviewing size guides and product details before purchasing.
What if I simply changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you have concerns before ordering, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help you choose the right product.
Digital Downloads
How do I receive my digital download?
Digital downloads are delivered electronically — no physical item will be shipped. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email. Files are typically available immediately or within minutes of purchase.
Can I return a digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Products & Artwork
Are the designs original?
Every piece in the Aevoryth collection is created with a focus on cinematic storytelling, emotional atmosphere, and immersive sci-fi and fantasy-inspired artwork. All designs are fan-inspired and created independently — not affiliated with any game studio or publisher.
Will new artwork and collections be added?
Yes. Aevoryth is continuously growing. New artwork, characters, and product types are planned over time. Follow along to be the first to know when new pieces drop.
