At Aevoryth, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed.
